Description
In implantology, everyone is familiar with the potential complications associated with cement-retained and screw-retained prostheses, which negatively impact the day-to-day operations of a dental practice in terms of time and management costs.
The aim of the course is to offer a viable alternative to traditional cement-retained and screw-retained prostheses by leveraging the enormous potential of conometry, which combines all the aesthetic advantages of cement-retained fixed prostheses with the revisability of screw-retained prostheses, greatly facilitating the prevention and management of any complications. We will systematically analyze the advantages, indications, and limitations of this type of solution when applied using the Maestro protocol in guided surgery.
