Dental structures may be realised directly from the STL file generated in the laboratory or from the diagnostic wax-up previously modelled as for the traditional casting techniques (3D digitization service).

To take the best of a full digital workflow, we have selected the best scanners on the market: the Carestream intraoral scanner allows to take the impression directly chairside, thus reducing time and costs. From intraoral scanning we can prepare models with removable abutments and calibrated holes for implant analogs.
The features of the resin used allow for the accurate identification of sensitive anatomical structures (eg: alveolar nerve, maxillary sinuses, incisive canals, etc.).
The CadStar desktop scanner helps the digital dental laboratory to enhance his already excellent performances and, thanks to the integration with the Exocad modeling software, guarantees the possibility of producing high quality prostheses.

Through milling processes and the use of CAD-CAM technologies it is possible to fabricate semi-processed components for dental application in different types of materials. The production process involves the model scanning and digitizing, verifying the passive fitting of the future framework by physical probing and, in the end, its production with 5-axis machines with high precision and repeatability standards.
