The procedure will begin with a brief recap of the key moments from Phase I, highlighting the surgical details that influence the success of regenerative surgery. This will be followed by a live surgery involving reopening the regenerated site, removal of the mesh, and implant placement using computer-guided surgery. The procedure will conclude with mucogingival surgery involving the harvesting and grafting of connective tissue to improve the density and volume of peri-implant tissues.
