Dr. Marco BONELLI BASSANO
Academic Background In 1991, he earned a degree in Medicine and Surgery. In 1995, he earned a degree in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from the University of Genoa. From 2000 to 2006, he served as a tutor in the Advanced Techniques and Biological Aspects in Implantology program at the Dental Medicine University of New Jersey. From 2007 to 2010, he was a professor in the Dentistry degree program at the University of Genoa. Since 2010, he has been an adjunct professor in the Department of Integrated Surgical and Diagnostic Sciences at the University of Genoa.
Professional Experience He practices dentistry as a private practitioner in Bassano del Grappa, specializing in oral surgery, implantology, endodontics, and prosthodontics. He was co-founder and president of the Implant Research Group (GIR) from 2005 to 2008. He is the founder and current president of AB Academy. He is an active member of the Italian Society of Endodontics (SIE). He is a founding and active member of the Italian Academy of Microscopic Dentistry (AIO) Since 1995, he has served as a speaker at national and international conferences.
Teaching and scientific activities He is a tutor in the specialization course in Microscopic Dentistry and Laser Therapy at the University of Genoa He is an official instructor for the courses “Basic Concepts of Surgical Microscopy” and “Lasers in Implantology” at the Department of Integrated Surgical and Diagnostic Sciences of the University of Genoa He is co-author of the book *Atlas of Dental Microscopy* (RC Libri, Milan).
